“Junooniyat,” a Hindi movie starring Pulkit Samrat and Yami Gautam will hit the theaters in India today, 24 June 2016. An out and out romantic flick will endear itself to the youth and the music by Ankit Tiwari, Meet Bros, and Jeet Ganguly is already very popular.
The rushes of the flick were released a few days back, and it is evident it is a love story between an Army Officer and downtown country girl. Samrat and Yami have earlier worked together in “Sanam Re” and the chemistry between them is perfect and contagious.
The movie is directed by Vivek Agnihotri, who has earlier given us “Hate Story” and “Buddha in a Traffic Jam.”
Pulkit plays an Army Officer, Jahan Bakshi, who saves the life of Suhani played by Yami Gautam.
Their acquaintance soon matures into love. Does their love end uniting them?
It is what the movie is all about. The duo has been exceptional in the film though the second half seems a bit tardy, you won’t be bored. On a whole, it is a movie which can be watched.
