‘A Serious Threat’: COVID-19 Vaccination Hesitancy Rising in The US Compared To Other Countries

Health experts notified that the United States have a severe problem regarding the Covid-19 uptake. To get rid of the most infectious disease, “Covid-19”, which is still causing a growing number of deaths, people in the US are not ready to take vaccination against the virus. Many of them, unlike other countries that have enough dose to shoot each one the individuals, however still lack behind in doing so.

A Step Towards New Vaccine: Novavax

Vaccination Hesitancy

Novavax, a new Covid-19 vaccine, was introduced on Tuesday. It was created with a Unique technique and is different from the existing three vaccines in the US. People who are allergic to the mRNA vaccine can go for this vaccine. This vaccine is made by a traditional lab method which is different in every aspect from Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech.

The USA has been permitted to use Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen, Pfizer/BioNTech, and Moderna shot, but right now, people are going for any mRNA vaccines, which are included in three. Therefore the US is asking for a new Covid-19 dose for the people who are allergic to the mRNA doses.
