Roll out from the bed in the early morning, take some hot water, eat something healthful, sleep right refine your habits be the constitution of good health, and you will see the day bestow upon you.

2. A Hot cup of water: Take a cup of hot water and blend in lemon. This can be proved elixir for those who are suffering from acidity as it flushes out toxins from the body, i.e. cleaning your vehicle.

3. Build a platform: After cleaning your vehicle build a platform or choose the right way by some spiritual practice – it may be chanting, watching your breathe, feeling your body or whiff the air.

4. Fuel up your vehicle: Now fuel up your vehicle for a long run, till the end of the day. Thadani suggests balanced subsistence is necessary consisting of integral parts i.e. protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber and a middling amount of fats. You can try-

  • Eggs: If you are non-vegetarian, you may take eggs, eggs are rich in protein and vitamin D

5. Right sleep: A proper deep sleep is as important as eating, the duration of sleep vary from person to person. Here are some tips for good sleep.

  • Avoid drinking caffeine in the evening hours
  • Avoid sensational news at eleventh hour as they exercise the greatest influence on the percept of sensationalism
  • Take shower before an hour as it is energizing, smoothing, etc.
  • You can watch your breathe in the bed if you are little disturbed
  • Turn the light off, there should be complete darkness in room, as more the light in room more your senses or unconscious is alert, and you can’t take a deep sleep
