CBSE Class 10th and 12th Results 2016 to be published at Cbse.nic.in

CBSE, which is the acronym for Central Board of Secondary Education, will declare the results of the Secondary and the Higher Secondary 2016 examination.

Like previous instances, the CBSE will be announcing the results sometime in late May. There have been rumors that Secondary examination results will be declared on June 6, 2016, and the Higher Secondary exam results were declared on May 27th, 2016. However these are expected dates, and there has been no official confirmation from CBSE.

Students who have appeared for the exam have been asked to keep an eye on the CBSE websites http://cbse.nic.in/ and CBSE results.nic.in for any official declaration about the dates when the examination results will be published.

Check the results at http://cbseresults.nic.in/jee/jee_2016.htm.

Students will need to provide their own Roll No of the respective test in the box provided on the link, to access their performance.

The students are also required to get a printout of the online result to receive their result card in physical form so that they can seek admissions in colleges. The actual mark sheets are often dispatched late, and most colleges accept the result card as proof that the student has passed the bonafide examination.

The CBSE is one of the leading central education boards of the country, and a huge number of students study and appear for the examination conducted by the board. The CBSE conducts the test under different streams which include Arts, Science and Commerce streams.

The CBSE board also conducts the AIEEE Examination for students across the country seeking admission to graduate courses in engineering and architecture across colleges across India. It also conducts the AIPMT (All India Pre-Medical Test) for admission to major medical colleges in India.

Each year 12 to 17 lakh students appear for the Secondary and the Higher Secondary examination conducted by the CBSE board. According to the data released by CBSE approximately 15 lakh students have appeared for the exam this year.
