“Sultan” was one of the most eagerly awaited movies and it has been released today, 6 July 2016. It is touted to create new box office records, and experts have predicted that it will clear the 150 crore mark.
Early reviews have been all praise for Sulu’s acting in the flick where he plays a wrestler from Haryana. The actor has also changed his tone in the movie to give it a raw and rustic Jat flavor.
Critics have dubbed his performance as better than ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and he is ably supported by Anushka Sharma, who also plays a role of a female wrestler.
It recounts the travails and tribulation of both the wrestlers. While the wrestler grapples with his personal problems to fail and then regain his lost glory, the lady wrestler has to grapple with gender bias in a fiercely patriarchal society.
Randeep Hooda, who plays Salman’s coach, also gives a stellar performance while remaining subtle and adds to the value of the movie.
Saw #Sultan …it’s going to be the HUGEST BLOCKBUSTER till date…no question about it….an unbelievable mainstream experience!!!!!!!

Salman’s film runs solely on his shoulders and his star appeal makes even the silliest story seem entertaining. The film is directed by Ali Abbas and has been produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films.
The director has played on Salman’s strength. The screenplay and editing have been crisp and have everything which an average Indian cine goer demands.
If you want to get entertained, charmed, thrilled n moved by a story smelling of desi mitti, then don't miss #Sultan 4 anything.Enjoy!!
